Man left with serious injuries following Weymouth crash
He was airlifted to hospital
A man involved in an accident on the B3157 in Weymouth has been airlifted to hospital.
The incident, involving a tractor and a motorcycle, happened at 10:10am this morning on the stretch of road between Portsesham and Chickerell.
A Spokesperson from Dorset Police said:
"Officers attended, along with the ambulance service. Road closures were put in place as the emergency services respond to the incident.
"One man was taken to hospital by air ambulance with injuries that are believed to be serious. The road was reopened at around 2.05pm."
