Court date set for driver following serious Weymouth crash
Two women were seriously injured
A man is due to appear in court in connection with a serious injury collision in Weymouth.
The collision occurred at around 8pm on Monday 18 January 2021 on Chafeys Roundabout and involved a blue Nissan GTR and a silver BMW.
Two women from the BMW were taken to hospital for treatment to injuries that were reported to be serious but not life-threatening.
Following enquiries, a 24-year-old man from the Trowbridge area in Wiltshire has been issued with a postal requisition to appear at Weymouth Magistrates' Court on Tuesday 15 June 2021 for an offence of driving without due care and attention.
