Man charged with Weymouth assault
A 33-year-old's due in court today (Monday 3rd October)
A Weymouth man's been charged with assault by beating, in connection with an incident in Littlemoor.
It's alleged a woman sitting in her car at the shopping centre was attacked, before the victim drove away for the scene.
The incident happened back in May, but now 33 year old Anthony James Toone has been charged.
He's due to appear before Poole Magistrates Court today (Monday 3rd October).
