Man charged in connection with Bournemouth double stabbing

A man's been charged with attempted murder after a double stabbing in Bournemouth.

Police were called to Richmond Hill Drive at around 7.20pm last Monday night (24th February) - two people were treated for stab wounds.

A woman in her 30s was also assaulted, but didn't sustain serious injuries.

21 year old Maksims Pilko from Bournemouth has been charged with attempted murder, assault by beating and possessing a knife in a public place - after being discharged from hospital.

He appeared at Poole Magistrates Court on Saturday (1st March) and is next due to appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on Thursday 3rd April.

A man in his 30's from Southampton - who suffered stab wounds - has now been discharged from hospital.
