Man attacked by three men at pub in Dorchester

He needed hospital treatment for injuries to his face and knee

A man's been assaulted by three people at a pub in Dorchester.

At around 10.40pm on Friday (27 September) a man aged in his 20s was assaulted by three men outside the male toilets on the first floor of The Royal Oak Wetherspoon pub in High West Street.

He was subsequently taken to hospital for treatment to injuries to his face and knee.

Description

One of the men involved is described as white, around five feet eleven inches tall and wearing colourful glasses. Another is described as white and wearing a black Puffa-style jacket.

Police Constable Kaz Corbett, of Dorchester police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this assault as we seek to identify the men responsible.

“I am appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has any information that might assist our enquiries, to please contact us.”
