Lulworth Castle has officially opened its new Peacock Park play area, after giving its Woodland playground a complete makeover.

It includes rope bridges, gang planks, swings, slides, monkey bars and more.

It will be open Sunday to Thursday 10.30am - 5.00pm.

A sensory board and wheelchair accessible swinging platform has also been featured, to make sure the play area can be used by all.

Car Parking is £3 for all day and gives access to the playground, woodland walks and Castle grounds.

Castle admission (Adults £7, Children aged 4-15 £5) also gives access to the Lawn Games, the Tower and the kids will get a quiz book to Hunt the Bat & Find the Squirrels.

The beautiful Peacocks are getting some new additions to their flock this summer with the much anticipated arrival of 6 Peahens from Brownsea Island.
