Joe Wicks and his wife, Rosie Jones were at one of Dorset's most popular beauty spots today, celebrating his birthday.

On his 'The Body Coach' Instagram page he posted pictures and videos of Durdle Door on his stories and clearly loved every second of it as he documented the whole day.

It is Joe Wick's first time visiting Dorset.

While walking down the coastal path to the beach he said:

"This is my first time visiting Dorset and it is absolutely spectacular and the weather is amazing, it's just beautiful, what a place, what a place to visit, on me Birthday, with me wife."

In one video he told his Instagram followers about him jet boarding through the infamous natural limestone arch on the Jurassic Coast.

His jet board flooded, but luckily for the Body Coach, local Oly rush, who recently beat the world record time for swimming around the Isle of Wight, was there to save him.

Wife, Rosie, left him in the water, while she went back to shore and Joe jokingly said in the next Instagram story:

"Rosie! Call off the search party, I am alive, I got rescued, these guys rescued me, they're cleaning the ocean of all the dirt"

He even did a work out. Out of breath, he posted about his walk up the coastal path with Rosie, telling his followers,

"We just walked up there from Durdle Door, well Lulworth Cove and then past Durdle Door, legs are burning but I tell you what heart rate of 145, can't knock it good bit of hiking, good for the lungs, good for the legs."
