Gold jewellery and cash stolen from house in Poole

Gold jewellery and cash has been stolen from a home in Poole.

It was taken from a house in Sutton Close some time on Friday afternoon or evening.

Two men dressed in dark-coloured tracksuits were seen leaving the area in a small dark blue or black car around the time of the incident.

Police Constable Thomas James, of Poole police, said: “We are carrying out a number of enquiries into this burglary as we are keen to identify those responsible and reunite the victims with their stolen property.

“I am appealing to any witnesses in the area of Sutton Close, Twyford Way and Sherborn Crescent who may have noticed any suspicious activity around the time of the incident to please make contact with us.

“I would also like to hear from anyone who may have captured any relevant footage on home CCTV, doorbell cameras or dashcam.”
