Advertising sales in magazine ‘nothing to do with us ’ say Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue

Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue (DWFRS) say that a company trying to sell advertising spaces in a Fire Brigade Magazine has nothing to do with them.

The company has apparently been contacting local businesses to sell the spaces, but DWFRS tweeted to distance themselves from the unnamed company, who are giving the impression of working on DWFRS’s behalf.

DWFRS’s tweet read: “This is nothing to do with us, we do not benefit in any way and we would never approach businesses in this manner.”
