A 14 year old and two 12 year olds were stopped and searched for drugs this morning in Poole.

One male had a kitchen knife tucked in his waist band and a small quantity of drugs were also located.

They were detained by Poole Neighbourhood Policing Team outside Co-Op on Dale Valley Road junction Oakdale Road shortly after 10am this morning. (8/5)

Two boys were detained and are assisting Police with enquiries.

It comes as Operation Hacienda is currently running in the area which targets teenagers carrying weapons and dealing Class A drugs.

Dorset Police are targeting this behaviour heavily to protect further young people being drawn into criminality. More information can be found on here.
