Dorset Police have been revealing the number of people they've dealt with for drink or drug driving over the summer.

The force spent August focussing on the issue, with a special campaign.

They've told us 86 people were arrested throughout the month, with 91% of those being men.

The average age is people stopped was 41 years old.

Dorset Police say their commitment to keeping the county's road safe isn't over, with targeted patrols still set to be carried out.

During the campaign, officers have been using the hashtag #WhosGonnaDriveYouHome - asking people to plan their journeys home from a night out, before they've even set out.
