Dorchester woman to appear in court over fail-to-stop collision

It's in connection with a crash back in December 2021

A 67 year old woman from the Dorchester area is due to appear in court today (Tuesday 24th May), in connection with a fail-to-stop collision.

Elizabeth Leigh-Ewers has been served with a postal requisition to appear at Weymouth Magistrates Court.

She's to face the offences of failing to stop after a road accident and failing to report a road accident.

The collision happened back on 21st December 2021, involving a parked silver Mercedes and a silver or grey Mini Clubman, in the car park outside Parkhouse Pet Supplies on Marabout Industrial Estate.

The driver of the Mini didn't stop at the scene, or leave any details.
