Concern for youths seen at derelict Portland Naval Officers building

There's concern for the safety of young people who are trespassing into the old Naval Officers building on Portland.

Police attended the derelict building last night. (14 July)

A spokesperson said:

"Youths were reported to have been in the building, and had been seen to be pushing each other around close to the edges.

"We would like to remind the local community this is private land. It is not to be entered at anytime."

Officers are reminding the community the area is private land and the development site is extremely dangerous.
