CCTV: Man sought following Bournemouth assault

A woman was hit and spat at in a gambling centre

Police in Bournemouth are continuing investigations into an assault in Bournemouth - releasing CCTV pictures of a man they want to trace.

A woman was hit in the face and spat at by a man in the Trident Casino Slots centre on Old Christchurch Road.

It happened at around 6.00pm on Monday 24th July, and the victim's been given support by police since the attack.

PC Erin Andrews, of Dorset police, said:

“This incident has caused a great deal of distress to the victim. As part of my investigation, I am now in a position to issue a CCTV image of the suspect, and I would urge anyone who recognises him to please contact Dorset Police.”
