Car seen driven dangerously in Purbeck
Police want to hear from anyone who can help with information
Dorset Police are trying to trace a car involved in a dangerous driving incident in Purbeck.
The black Volkswagen Scirocco was spotted driving carelessly in East Street in Swanage at around 6.40pm on Thursday evening (27th February).
It was then followed by police and sped away on the A351 near Corfe Castle, failing to stop.
Officers didn't locate the vehicle or driver.
PC Kier Dagnall, of the Roads Policing Team, said: “I am appealing to anyone who was travelling in the area and saw what happened or has relevant dashcam footage to please get in touch.
“I would also urge the driver of the Volkswagen Scirocco to do the right thing and come forward.”
