Burger King confirms it's coming to Weymouth
It will be the first food chain's first branch to open in the seaside town
Burger King has confirmed to Greatest Hits Radio its coming to Weymouth.
The arrival of the American multinational fast food chain is set to bring new jobs to the area.
A number of roles are already being advertised.
It's not yet been confirmed where the new restaurant will be.
In a statement to Greatest Hits Radio a Burger King spokesperson said:
"BURGER KING are regularly evaluating opportunities to bring our great-tasting products to more customers in new locations.
"We can confirm that there will be a new restaurant opening at this location in 2021 and will keep you informed when more information becomes available."
