Bridport fire crews help man with foot trapped by a 1 tonne bag of soil
He was load shifting then this happened
Firefighters in Bridport have helped rescue a man after his foot became trapped.
He was caught between a 1 tonne bag of soil on a pallet and the loading platform on his lorry.
The two crews from Bridport Fire Station used inflatable airbags.
A spokesman said:
"Crews stabilised the load so that it couldn't move any further and then using inflatable airbags and a bit of brute force released the driver.
"The driver was checked over and no major injuries were found."
