Police in Bridport have carried out a search warrant - and seized suspected Class A drugs.

Officers from the West Dorset and Weymouth Neighbourhood Policing Teams, and Dorset Police's Force Support Group, raided a property in St Michael's Lane yesterday morning (Tuesday 23rd July).

As well as the suspected drugs, a quantity of 'psychoactive substances' were also found and seized.

No arrests have been made, with investigations continuing.

Bridport PC Paul Miners said:

“We will not stop in our pursuit to disrupt suspected drug-related activity in our area.

“I would urge anyone with information regarding suspected drug-related activity to please contact us at www.dorset.police.uk. If a crime is in progress, always dial 999.”
