Two injured in North Dorset crash

Police are investigating an accident involving two vehicles on the A30 Stour Hill

Dorset Police are investigating a road traffic collision in North Dorset and are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to come forward.

Dorset Police received a report at 10.23am on Saturday 4 December 2021 of a collision involving a silver Mini Cooper and a white Skoda Kamiq on the A30 Stour Hill in West Stour.

The female driver of the Skoda and her male passenger – both aged in their 60s – were taken to hospital for treatment to minor injuries.

The driver of the Mini – a man aged in his 70s – did not require hospital treatment.

Police Constable Kier Dagnall, of North Dorset police, said:

“I understand there were a number of motorists in the area at the time and I would urge anyone who witnessed the incident to please come forward.

“I am also keen to hear from anyone who was travelling in the vicinity and may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
