Two people hospitalised following crash near Dorchester

A two vehicle collision happened in Hurst Moreton

Two people have needed hospital treatment following a crash near Dorchester, with police now investigating.

The collision happened on Waddock Drove at Hurst Moreton, involving a red Ford Focus and a white Renault panel van, at around 10.40am on Monday (18th December).

The occupants of both vehicles suffered injuries that aren't thought to be serious.

There's now an appeal for anyone with information or dash cam footage of the incident, to contact officers.

PC Tom Ringer, of the Roads Policing Team, said:

“I am continuing to investigate the circumstances of this incident and am keen to hear from anyone who has not yet spoken to police.

“I am also appealing to anyone who was travelling in the area with a dashcam fitted to their vehicle to please check the footage for anything of relevance to assist my enquiries.”
