Two people charged with Mosterton aggravated burglary

A shop in West Dorset's been targeted by robbers armed with a hammer.

Two people were hurt after the Spar store on Orchard Way in Mosterton was targeted just after 4.00am on Saturday (27th April).

The victims - a man and a woman - didn't suffer serious injuries.

A man and a woman have since been charged, following an investigation.

A 34-year-old man from Poole is charged with conspiracy to commit non-dwelling burglary, actual bodily harm and driving not in accordance with a licence.

A 46-year-old woman from Bridgwater was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit non-dwelling burglary and allowing her vehicle to be driven without insurance.

Both are due to appear at Taunton Magistrates’ Court today (Monday 29th April).
