Two separate assaults outside Swanage primary school

A man's been arrested, after two incidents on Monday (26th June)

Two separate assaults have taken place outside a Swanage primary school - at either end of the school day.

Both happened on Monday (26th June), by St Mark's CE on the High Street.

A woman was attacked at around 8.15am, with a boy assaulted at around 3.00pm - there were no serious injuries.

A 43 year old man from Swanage, who's known to both of the victims, has been arrested on suspicion of assault.

PC Mia-Isabella Bowditch, of Dorset Police, said:

“I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed either incident to please get in touch as you may have information to help my investigation.”
