Teenager robbed in broad daylight in Poole
He also suffered a head injury that needed medical treatment
A man in his late teens has been robbed and assaulted in broad daylight in Poole.
The victim was sat on a bench outside Cobham Sports Centre and Social Club when he was attacked at around 2.30pm on Monday last week (17th October).
It's reported two people ran behind him, with a pair of male offenders assaulting him, taking his phone and running away.
The victim needed medical treatment for a head injury.
PC Thomas James, of Poole police, said:
“An investigation is underway and I am appealing to any witnesses, or any motorists who may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam, to please get in touch.
“I understand a number of members of the public came to the victim’s aid following the incident and I would ask them to please come forward as they may hold important information to assist my enquiries.”
