Teenager arrested after man stabbed in Bournemouth

The incident happened in Slades Farm Road in Ensbury Park

A 14 year old boy has been arrested in connection with a serious assault in Bournemouth, which left a man with a stab wound to his leg.

The victim, a man in his 20s, and his friend were involved in a verbal altercation with a group of three males outside the convenience store on Columbia Road on February 10th.

They were chased into Slades Farm Road, when the victim fell to the floor and was assaulted.

He was taken to hospital with two suspected stab wounds, with his injuries described as not life-threatening.

A teenage boy has now been arrested on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent.

He's been released under investigation.

There's an ongoing appeal for any witnesses to come forward though.
