Dorset Police tell us this happened at around 1.35pm on Wednesday (12th April).

It's believed a black Hyundai ix35 pulled out in front of the victim's vehicle, and later got out and caused damage to the victim's car.

He's been released while investigations continue.

PC Jamie Ralphs, of Weymouth police, said:

“I am appealing to anyone who was in the area and witnessed what happened, or the manner of the driving of the Hyundai, to please get in touch.

“Also, I would like to hear from any motorists who will have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
