Man arrested following single vehicle crash on Portland

There's now an appeal for information and dashcam footage

A man's been arrested on suspicion of driving offences following a single vehicle collision on Portland.

The crash involving a black Audi TT Quattro happened on Portland Beach Road at around 6.00pm on Sunday (10th September).

No-one was hurt in the incident.

A 26-year-old local man arrested has been released under investigation.

PC Joseph Henderson said:

“We are carrying out enquiries to establish the circumstances of this collision and I am keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or the manner of driving of the vehicle. I would also like to speak to anyone who was driving along the road at the time with dashcam footage.”
