Man bitten four times by dog in Poole
Dorset Police are trying to trace the dog's owner
A man has been bitten four times by a dog in Poole.
Police have just released details about the incident that happened earlier this month (7 December) in the hope of finding the dog's owner.
A man was walking on Alder Road, near to the nature reserve and the junction with Sharp Road during the morning when two German Shepherd dogs approached.
The dogs were not on a lead and circled the victim, before one of them bit him four times.
The owner of the dog made attempts to locate the victim following the incident, but did not leave her details.
Description
She is described as white, five feet seven inches tall with brown hair and was wearing a black coat and grey boots.
Police Constable Jennie Sykes-Martin, of Dorset Police, said: “I am appealing for the owner of the dogs in this incident to please get in touch so we can take your account of what happened.”
