Dorset Julia's House gets visit from celebrity patron
Martin Clunes has been a long time supporter of the children's hospice
Dorset's children's hospice has had a festive visit from one of its celebrity patrons.
Actor Martin Clunes has been along to their Corfe Mullen site to meet with life-limited conditions, and their families.
He also joined more families, and ambassadors for the charity at a local church hall for some Christmas games and fun.
Martin brought his three dogs along to meet everyone too - the charity say they 'proved to be as loveable as Martin himself'!
The Doc Martin star, who lives in Dorset, has been a long time supporter of the children's hospice charity, having been a patron for a number of years.
Julia's House provides care and respite for children with serious illnesses and life-limiting conditions, as well as support for their families.
They only a small percentage of their funding from Government, and rely on public donations to keep their vital work going.
