Four people charged with drug offences in Bournemouth

All of them are from the Watford area

Two men and two boys have been charged with drug supply offences after an address was searched in Bournemouth.

Police say a significant amount of Class A drugs were seized yesterday (Thursday 1st December) from a property in East Overcliff Drive.

Two men, aged 18 and 19, and two 16-year-old boys, all from the Watford area, are due before Poole Magistrates Court today (Friday 2nd December).

They're all charged with concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

The 19 year old man also faces charges of assaulting an emergency worker.

Inspector Nick Lee, of the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Neighbourhood Enforcement Team, said:

“Under Operation Viper, we are committed to taking positive action to disrupt the activities of those believed to be involved in the supply of illegal drugs in our communities.

“In this case, our rapid deployment following information received has resulted in a significant quantity of suspected class A drugs being taken off the streets and four individuals are now facing court proceedings.
