Drainage equipment stolen from van in Bournemouth

Dorset Police are describing the theft as 'high-value'

A van's been broken into in Bournemouth, with 'high-value' drainage equipment taken.

The theft happened on Rowena Road between 8.00 and 11.00am on Wednesday 25th January, but details have only just been released by Dorset Police.

A number of tools were stolen, including a Minicam drain camera and tilt crawler unit, a Robotic lateral cutter, a compressor and a linear MIDI drum.

Police Community Support Investigator Lucy Wickham, of Bournemouth police, said:

“I am continuing to investigate this incident and would ask anyone with information about who was responsible to please come forward.

“Also, I am appealing to anyone who has seen any equipment matching the items described for sale locally in unusual circumstances to please get in touch.”
