A popular event on Weymouth's Peninsula is returning later this year, with a rebrand.
The Seafeast stalls will be known as the Dorset Seafood Festival, to take place on the 7th and 8th of September.
Around 10,000 people usually attend each year, with the proceeds going to the Fisherman's Mission charity.
It's traditionally been held in July, but will be towards the end of the summer this time.
Philippa Gibb, Director of The Dorset Seafood Festival said:
"We are thrilled to unveil the Dorset Seafood Festival, a name that resonates with the essence and tradition of this spectacular event. Our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for seafood lovers remains steadfast, and this rebranding represents a celebration of our heritage and the vibrant culinary culture of Dorset.
"We’re really pleased we’ve been able to bring the Festival back for 2024 and are excited to share the new additions, as well as welcoming back our regular stand-holders at this year’s event."
Back in January, it was announced the event wouldn't be going ahead due to increasing costs and a fall in sponsorship.
But a new management team took over just three weeks later.
This year's festival is due to include more varied food stalls, the Sound Waves Stage and School of Fish, and a childrens Cookery Workshop organised by Weymouth College.
The music stage is being curated by local act The Leggomen.
