There's an appeal to trace a driver in Wimborne, after police tried to stop them for 'driving carelessly'.

Officers attempted to pull over a silver Subaru Forrester in Stone Lane, at around 3.55pm last Monday (6th November).

The vehicle didn't stop for police, and left the area onto the B3078.

Sergeant Natalie Skinner, of the Dorset Police Rural Crime Team, said:

“I am appealing to anyone who was in the area and witnessed what happened, or the manner of the driving of the Subaru, to please get in touch.

“Also, I would like to hear from any motorists who will have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
