We are appealing for the public’s help locating a 32-year-old man from Plymouth.
John Brotherhood is wanted in connection to reports of non-fatal strangulation, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and theft.
Brotherhood is described as being a white male, around 5ft 7ins tall and of slim build. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Enquiries have been made by officers to locate him, and we are now appealing to the public for information on his whereabouts and to report any sightings.
