They are both due before Exeter Magistrates later

Two people are due in court today after being charged with a just stop oil protest during a graduation at Exeter University yesterday.
East Devon's MP has criticised their actions saying fee-paying students should have been able to celebrate their achievements.
A spokesperson for Devon & Cornwall Police said: "Police were called to Exeter University on the afternoon of Monday 17 July, following reports of a protest on the site. Units attended and arrests were made.
"Two people have since been charged in connection to this incident.
"Kostja Junglas aged 27 from Oxford has been charged with breaching her bail conditions.
"Edward Whittingham aged 25 from Norwich has been charged with two counts of criminal damage and breach of his bail conditions.
"Both are due before Exeter Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 18 July."
