Torbay A&E "extremely busy"
People are being asked to only visit if it's a life-threatening emergency.
People are being asked to avoid Torbay Hospital's A&E department, expect for "life-threatening" emergencies.
The Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust says the emergency department is extremely busy this evening (14 June).
They're urging patients to use different services, including for "urgent" needs that aren't emergencies.
That includes calling 111, or visiting the minor injuries unit at Newton Abbot Community Hospital, which is open 8am to 8pm.
