Summing up underway as inquests into Plymouth shootings draw to a close
An inquest jury are being asked to decide if police failed to follow recommendations - made in the late 90s - after 16 school children were shot dead in Dunblane.

The coroner at the inquest into the five people killed in Plymouth has started summing up - ahead of a jury retiring to consider their verdicts.
Over the past month police, witnesses, a GP and school staff have been giving evidence.
Yesterday police apologised and said they wrongly gave Jake Davison a shotgun in the first place - and wrongly returned it to him weeks before the killings.
The jury are being asked to consider if police made a number of failings.
The jury will also look at whether recommendations in reports commissioned after the Dunblane killings and also after a 2015 report called 'targeting the risk' were implemented at a national level.
