A shed, just 10 yards from a popular Devon beach has been bought for £92,000 - which is double its asking price!
The hut in Teignmouth, had been in the same family for 90 years, but it has now been bought by a local.
It is situated just 10 yards from the town's Back Beach.
On Facebook, Bradleys Teignmouth posted:
"Frantic late bidding ended with this beach hut by Teignmouth's Back Beach selling for £92,000.
"Interest was boosted by huge national and international media coverage of the sale."
