Police investigating a report of racially aggravated common assault, are appealing for witnesses.

The incident occurred at around 4.15pm, on Thursday 22 April, when a woman wearing a burkha was assaulted in a shop in High Street, Exeter.

Officers investigating the incident would like to speak to the man pictured because they believe he may have vital information which could assist their enquiries.
