Public urged to call 999 if they spot wanted man with links to Devon

Police are seeking the public's help to find a wanted man with links to Devon.

People are being urged to call 999 immediately if they see 35-year-old Simon Turner, but not to approach him.

He is wanted in connection to an investigation into a report of assault.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said:

"Police are seeking the public’s help to trace 35-year-old Simon Turner.

"Enquiries have been made by police to locate him and officers are now appealing to the public for information on his whereabouts and to report any sightings.

"Turner is described as a white male, 5ft 7in tall, of slim build, with dark hair.

"He has a nose piercing and lower neck tattoos of a tribal pattern and a musical symbol.

"Turner has links to Newton Abbot and Exeter.

"Anyone who sees Turner is asked to not approach him and to call police on 999 immediately, quoting log 1400 of 22 July 2021."
