Police appeal as pedestrian suffers life-changing injuries in Plymouth
The collision happened on Whiteford Road, at around 3.55pm yesterday (Thursday 9 January)
Police investigating a serious road traffic collision in Plymouth, are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
Officers were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving a blue Audi A1 and a pedestrian on Whiteford Road, at around 3.55pm on Thursday 9 January.
Devon and Cornwall Police say it was reported that the Audi A1 collided with two parked vehicles, a red Mazda and a red Seat, injuring a pedestrian who was next to them on the pavement.
The pedestrian sustained potentially life-changing injuries and was taken to Derriford Hospital.
The driver of the Audi was treated in hospital for minor injuries.
Both injured parties were women in their 70s.
