Police appeal after Plymouth assault

Police investigating a report of assault in Plymouth have released a picture of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
It happened at The Hoe at around 6.30pm on Saturday 9 September.
It was reported that the victim, a man aged in his 20s, was punched and kicked by an unknown male suspect.
Police investigating the incident would like to identify the man pictured as they believe he may be able to assist with their enquiries.
