Pedestrian suffers life-changing injuries after collision in Torquay
Police are now investigating the crash on Old Woods Hill on Thursday afternoon
A pedestrian's suffered life-changing injuries following a collision in Torquay.
The crash on Old Woods Hill - which also involved a motorcyclist - occurred at around 3:30pm on Thursday.
The pedestrian, a local man in his 70s, remains in Derriford Hospital in a serious condition.
The road was closed until 8:30pm whilst police carried out investigations at the scene.
Devon and Cornwall Police are now appealing for more information, including from witnesses or dashcam footage, that could help their investigation.
