Paignton's Eastern Esplanade temporarily closes
It's to allow repair works to take place at the Shoreline Restaurant
The Eastern Esplanade at Paignton Green has had to temporarily close between Paignton Pier and Paignton Club.
It is so concrete repair works can take place at the Shoreline Restaurant.
A compound has been set up to contain the works at the restaurant - which are expected to last for 2-3 weeks.
Currently, only pedestrian and cycle access remains available and the road and parking will be opened to the public at weekends.
Vehicular access for parking on the Eastern Esplanade from the Pier towards Preston is unaffected by the closure.
