People are being reminded to stay clear of East Beach in Sidmouth, following another spate of cliff falls.

Multiple agencies have issued the warning, with Sidmouth Independent Lifeboat Station saying they can happen at "any time, on any day and without any warning".

Devon County Council say the area is "extremely unstable and dangerous" and are asking people walking along the South West Coast Path to stay away from the cliff edge.

East Devon District Council carry out annual cliff inspections at Beer, Budleigh Salterton, Seaton and Sidmouth, but they say while this aims to reduce the risk of incidents, they "cannot guarantee incidents will not occur at these locations".
