A man - who was reported missing by staff at a hotel in Exmouth - has been found dead in Bristol.

Formal identification is yet to take place, but the family of P Morgan have been made aware.

Police say his death is not being treated as suspicious.

In an update yesterday (19 Aug), officers said: "A man has been located deceased in the Bristol area on Tuesday 12 August.

"His death is not being treated as suspicious, and a file is being prepared for the coroner.

"Formal identification is due to take place.

"The family of P Morgan have been made aware.

"He had been reported missing as an unknown man by staff at a hotel in Exmouth, after he failed to check out after his stay on Tuesday 12 August."
