Man charged with arson

A man no fixed abode in Tiverton, has been charged with arson and arson with recklessness as to whether life was endangered.

The charges related to an alleged incident at a property in Tiverton town centre in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

42 year old Krzysztof Halon, appeared before magistrates earlier today and was remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Exeter Crown Court on August 21st.
