South West Water to extend hosepipe ban from April 25
South West Water says they're still suffering from the exceptionally dry weather last year - and their ban will include more parts of Devon from next week

A hosepipe ban, which was introduced across parts of North Devon and across Cornwall since August last year, is going to be extended to more parts of Devon.
South West Water says it'll cover all homes in the Roadford supply zone from Tuesday next week (April 25).
The firm says we're still suffering from the exceptionally dry weather last year, and much of our region remains officially in drought conditions.
South West Water say their Temporary Use Ban (otherwise known as a 'hosepipe ban') is needed to make sure the water levels across their reservoirs recover from last year's dry conditions.
Officially, water levels are lower than normal for this time of year.
They say they are acting now to make sure they're ready for the summer months - with South West Water hoping these new measures will protect water resources and the environment, while helping our rivers and reservoirs recharge.
They say their customers' actions to save water 'really are' making a difference to the recovery of our region's water levels.
