Helpline open following controlled detonation of Exeter bomb
People have spent two night away from their home
A helpline for people who have been evacuated following the controlled detonation of a World War Two bomb is open.
It’s understood 2,600 households and 1,400 students were evacuated from the 400-metre exclusion zone.
A safety cordon still remains in place while officers asses the area following the detonation of the bomb yesterday evening.
