Three people jailed for violent disorder at Plymouth Crown Court

Three people were jailed today for their involvement in the rioting in the centre of Plymouth on Monday 5 August.

34 year-old Kerry Gove, of Maker View, Andrew Ball, 49, of Lisson Grove, and Grant Braidwood, 40, of Elliott Road, all pleaded guilty to violent disorder at the magistrates court in the city yesterday.

Earlier, at Plymouth Crown Court, Gove was sentenced to 18 months, with Ball and Braidwood both getting 32 months each.
