Man in 80s seriously injured after being struck by Exeter bus

Police are looking for witnesses to the incident on South Street

A man in his 80s has been seriously injured after being struck by a bus in Exeter city centre.

The collision happened on South Street at around 11.25am on Monday (31st March).

The victim was taken to hospital for treatment, with the road closed for a time while investigations were carried out.

There's now an appeal for witnesses to get in touch with Devon and Cornwall Police with any information about the incident.
